Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive the wrong item or notice any issues, contact us immediately so we can resolve the problem.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for sale items, preorder items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase and place a new order after the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Please note that freight charges will not be refunded unless the issue was due to an error on our part. A restocking fee may apply. Additionally, any financial transaction fees associated with your order are non-refundable.
